About Me

At present, I'm a student trainee at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory and a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer Engineering of Rochester Institute of Technology. I am fortunate to be advised by Dr. Dongfang Liu and Dr. Michael Zuzak. I received the degree of Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts & Sciences, majoring in Mathematics and Statistics, from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in May 2021.

I am continually seeking long-term collaborators from U.S. Institutions only, who share same research interests and academic perspectives, especially for ONR Proposals.

Research Interests

My research interests include machine learning, artificial intelligence and high-dimensional statistical estimation, ranging from applications to theory.

  • Computer Vision: Image Classification, Object Detection, Image Segmentation, Single and Multiple Object Tracking
  • Remote Sensing: Far Seas Geo-localization, Ship Re-identification
  • Security: Trustworthy Machine Learning, Attack and Countermeasure for Perception System
  • Embodied AI: Visual Navigation, Multi-agent and Multi-objective Collaborations
  • AI for Science: AI for Antenna, AI for Radar, AI for Electromagnetism, AI for Maritime Application
